Why you should upgrade your phone already.
If you have an IPhone 4 you are most likely experiencing planned obsolescence. You are running out of space. Your Face Book app crashes at least 5 times per day. You often yell at your phone displaying websites slowly (perhaps to the point of "Can you believe this page has been loading since I started going to the bathroom?". No one wants to hear that shit.)

The screen of the 5 looks better.
Processor:
Apple A7 vs Apple A5
The A7 will run about 5 times faster. That is very noticeable.
Connectivity:
4G LTE vs 3G
This is major. The new phone will make you angrier at your old phone for wasting so much of your time.
Battery life:
Actually you probably won't notice much difference.
Lasts about a day, charge it at night.
Camera:
8 Megapixels (nice quality) vs 5 Megapixels (not so bad quality)
There is a difference. If you only shoot selfies, not so much.
Get a new phone already! You know who you are... I get very annoyed by your constant complaining about the IPhone 4.
